President

With the founding of SO-CAL Capital 2010, Jaclyn Lacy drew upon her deeply rooted love for the real estate industry combined with a personal mission to help clients grow their individual portfolios through informed and thought-out opportunities.

In her role as President and CEO of SO-CAL Capital, Inc., Lacy has set the firm on a path that includes not only expanding its' funding base but developing a real estate investment fund and broadening its’ portfolio of investment opportunities.

A Southern California native and current resident of Newport Beach, Mrs. Lacy is an active participant in numerous community organizations.

Patrick Lacy

An experienced professional with extensive experience in the financial services arena, Patrick Lacy orginates loans and leads work-outs of special assets under management.

A Southern California native, Patrick holds a finance degree from San Francisco State University, along with a career path focused on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), detailed cash flow projections, and real estate litigation. Diverse in its nature, this background has honed his ability to critically evaluate transactions and foresee hurdles well before they become visible to others. This unique skill, along with an unerring attention to detail, has garnered him a following as one of the industry's most solid - and sought after - partners.
