With the founding of SO-CAL Capital 2010, Jaclyn Lacy drew upon her deeply rooted love for the real estate industry combined with a personal mission to help clients grow their individual portfolios through informed and thought-out opportunities.

A graduate of the University of Southern California, as well as a licensed California Real Estate Broker for over a decade, Lacy has built a professional reputation for integrity and creativity in her approach to investment strategies. Dedicated and entrepreneurial by nature, she is committed to approaching each investment with an underwriting principal based upon informed matrixes and deep industry know-how.

In her role as President and CEO of SO-CAL Capital, Inc., Lacy has set the firm on a path that includes not only expanding its' funding base but developing a real estate investment fund and broadening its’ portfolio of investment opportunities.

A Southern California native and current resident of Costa Mesa, Mrs. Lacy is an active participant in numerous community organizations.

Patrick Lacy

Director

An experienced professional with extensive experience in the financial services arena, Patrick Lacy orginates loans and leads work-outs of special assets under management.

Possessing an intuitive focus on details, Patrick brings experience with thoughtful due diligence, complex valuation models and a strong breadth of specialty real estate experience to the table in the generation of relationships designed to create success for all parties involved.

A Southern California native, Patrick holds a finance degree from San Francisco State University, along with a career path focused on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), detailed cash flow projections, and real estate litigation. Diverse in its nature, this background has honed his ability to critically evaluate transactions and foresee hurdles well before they become visible to others. This unique skill, along with an unerring attention to detail, has garnered him a following as one of the industry's most solid - and sought after - partners.

Kiara Perez

Assistant Vice President of Loan Operations

With a career spanning over a decade in the Title and Escrow arena, Kiara Perez currently serves as SO-CAL Capital’s Assistant Vice President of Loan Operations. In this pivotal role, she oversees our loan underwriting pipeline and loan closings, while navigating what can often be a complex set of systems and procedures.

Having transitioned to the lending market in 2015, Kiara strives to ensure that each and every client has not only a positive experience but also one that creates professional relationships lasting beyond a single transaction. In doing so, she draws upon a belief structure focused on positivity, combined with integrity and mutual respect. It is this dedication to mutual success that continues to make her a favorite among SO-CAL's repeat clients!

An avid lover of Orange County’s famed coastline, Kiara’s downtime is often spent relaxing at the beach with her family or exploring Orange County’s retail opportunities.

Diane Corigliano

Portfolio Manager & Investor Relations

Passionate about her belief in the value of real estate and its role in any investment strategy, Diane Corigliano is ideally suited for her role leading SO-CAL Capital's Portfolio Management and Investor Relations departments. As Controller, Diane manages all transactions post-close and oversees crucial loan servicing processes. Her extensive career in the international business arena fine-tuned not only an ability to focus on solutions and efficiency but also fostered a level of determination and positivity rarely encountered. Diane's entree into the boutique lending market - along with a stellar reputation and skill set - led this out-of-the-box thinker to her central role with SO-CAL.

Possessing a degree in Business Administration and Finance, Diane resides in Tustin. Parent to an active teenager, she spends her weekends exploring new cuisine, gardening, and planning her next adventure abroad (Up soon - Sicily!).

At the helm of his own integrated marketing firm since 2008, Joseph Aldrich excels at defining marketing strategies. In this team role, Aldrich works with SO-CAL Capital leadership to define and execute corporate communications, while working to ensure the consistent and thought out messaging crucial to our mission. Deeply rooted in the technology, real estate, architecture, and design industries, his career spans over two decades on a national and international level. An avid traveler, he is currently based In Palm Springs, California.
Jon Ross
Business Development
Originally hailing from Phoenix, AZ, and holding a degree from Arizona State University, Jon Ross heads up SO-CAL's Business Development efforts. With a comprehensive background in technology sales and financial application services, Jon has a fine-tuned capacity to understand clients' needs and create solutions that cultivate success for everyone. Having garnered a reputation for foresight, attention to detail, and stand-out relationship-building skills, his commitment to excellence perfectly complements our mission of providing industry best in class services to the lending arena.

An avid golfer, Jon resides in Long Beach with his wife and new daughter!
Esteban Padilla
Closing Manager
Armed with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Esteban Padilla approaches his role as SO-CAL Capital’s Closing Manager with one goal: to ensure smooth transactions, handled professionally and with an almost forensic attention to detail. Estaban takes time to investigate the components of any transaction His dedication to client and partner experience is enhanced by the belief that humor makes all things better!

A native Southern Californian Esteban is active in local sports. He and his family, reside in Orange County, California.
